• All scanned documents are indexed with meta-tags and metadata for easy retrieval.

• We offer layers of accessibility for you to choose from, including offline, near-line and online.

• All digital records can be stored on piqlFilm, a unique offline, migration-free and future-proof digital stor- age medium.

• Our service complies with the best quality standards and processes (ISO 9001: 2008 and Six Sigma).

After the digitisation process is finalised, the files can be automatically ingested into Piql’s online access as well as our secure long-term data storage solution. This offers seamless end-to-end workflow between two normally separate operational processes.
