Piql will first provide high quality and efficient digitisation of all microfilm and microfiche records (with optical char acter recognition and enhanced automated metadata extraction). All data will then be ingested into their existing digital archive, prior to storing all data on the world’s most sustainable digital medium – piqlFilm.
